I've been fortunate to experience some incredible jobs that have taken me all around the world and to Australia's most breathtaking destinations. From swanning around the Whitsunday Islands and the Great Barrier Reef on boats and helicopters to working on super yachts all around the world to selling wine for some of the top wineries in Australia and New Zealand. Each role seemed like a dream come true. We even ticked the goal of owning our own brick and motar businesses! Despite these dream positions, the rigid 9-5 structure and the demands of these positions and owning businesses were not filling my cup up. I felt like I was forcing myself out of bed every day to live a life half lived by spending so much time at work doing something I wasn't thriving in. Trying to meet unrealistic corporate expectations and literally working to live life the weekends. My husband and I both lost our parents prematurely and this reinforced my determination to live fully and authentically.
