Hi, I’m Paula,

For years, I struggled with anxiety, self-sabotage, and a harsh inner critic. My self-esteem was low, and I was constantly pushing myself to meet my own extremely high standards, and the perceived expectations of others, until life quite literally stopped me in my tracks.

After developing tendonitis in my knee, my physio told me the only movement I could do was yoga. I’ll be honest, I hated the idea. But with no other choice, I gave it a go.

A few weeks in, something shifted. I started sleeping better. My anxiety softened. I began eating more consciously and treating my body with care rather than criticism. That was the moment my healing, and my spiritual journey, truly began. And now? I’m completely in love with yoga and holistic living.

Since then, I’ve studied a Diploma of Nutrition and am currently working toward becoming an Integrative Health Practitioner. Along the way, life delivered some of its toughest lessons. My husband and I lost both our parents within five years, grief that changed us both deeply. At the same time, we were running two demanding hospitality businesses that pushed us to burnout.

Eventually, we decided enough was enough. We sold everything, packed up our caravan, and hit the road. Travelling around Australia gave us the space to heal, reflect, and rediscover what truly mattered, freedom, balance, and inner peace.

Today, we’ve settled in beautiful South West of Western Australia. I now help heart-led women who are tired of self-doubt and emotional overwhelm find the same peace I’ve worked so hard to create for myself.

Through mindfulness, movement, nourishment, and emotional wellbeing, I guide women to slow down, rebuild confidence, and reconnect with who they really are, beneath the noise, the pressure, and the burnout.
