For years, I struggled with anxiety and low self-esteem. On the outside I looked confident, but inside I was an anxious mess. It wasn’t until I shifted my focus to my wellbeing, self-talk, and mindset that everything began to change.

Hi, I’m Paula - a heart-led wellbeing mentor, nutrition adviser, series foodie and beach lover living in Busselton, Western Australia.
After years of anxiety, self-doubt, and burnout from managing busy hospitality businesses and navigating deep personal loss, I discovered the power of mindfulness, movement, and self-care to completely transform how I felt, inside and out.
Now, I help women who are ready to stop striving and start softening, to rebuild confidence, calm, and inner peace through simple, holistic practices that bring them back to themselves.
Because peace doesn’t come from perfection, it comes from presence.
